Tasting notes:
Stony-chalky soils with loamy loess have yielded this elegant, expressive FirstGrowth Traditional Austrian Wine (1ÖTW). Pale lemon-yellow-coloured, thewine displays apricots, green apple with white pepper, and orange blossomaccents. Pure and minerally, the palate is off-dry, beautifully defined and lightbodied,supported by bracing acidity. Textured and lingering, the wine willmatch rainbow trout marinated in thyme and garlic, then seared.(Patricia Stefanowicz MW)
