Tasting notes:

Wonderfully classic SauvignonBlanc nose, with gooseberry,flint, and a hint of grapefruitand elderflower. On the palate,it is ripe, and quite spicy and intense,with bright acidity and undertones offleshy white stone fruit and mango. Wellbalanced,with fresh acidity against aslight sweetness on the finish.
