Tasting notes:
Bright, rich gold colour in the glass. The nose is lovely, with jasmine, honeysuckle and just a hint of mint, with subtle hazelnut underneath. The palate is dry, with a hint of attractive oiliness, and a long, lingering finish. This wine was the one in the tasting that really got us all talking about food matches. It has amazing versatility, but my vote would be for a classic Valencian paella, or simply roasted chicken. (Siobhan Turner MW)
