Tasting notes:

Produced from old, traditional white varieties grown at Quinta daGaivosa, this is a stunning example of white Port. The wine has a midtawnyhue with green highlights and aromas of roasted hazelnuts anddried peach, accented by Christmas spices and popcorn. Sweet,midweight, the palate flavours are balanced by crisp acidity and a touch oftannin adding extra structure. Spicy, peppery and very refreshing, this is aperfect mid-morning aperitif, maybe with a few pistachios.(Patricia Stefanowicz MW)
