VIK’s Omega is Carmeneredominated,with the addition ofCabernet Sauvignon and Syrahgiving extra interest. Deep rubycoloured,this wine has summer puddingfruits with perfumed aromatics andsubtle cedarwood. Dry and sweet-fruited,the palate has dense, satin-texturedtannins and lively acidity beautifullybalancing the flavours.
