Tasting notes:
A surprisingly complex nose of purenectarine with a hint of ripewatermelon and white peach. Thepalate is intensely luscious anddecadent, and yet surprisingly complex.This is, of course, a wonderful aperitifwine, but I might be tempted to takeadvantage of that fine sweetness and acidbalance to serve it with a rocket and fetasalad dressed with pomegranate seeds,olive oil and a dash or two of high-qualitybalsamic vinegar.
