The perfect example of just howgood Cava can be. Beautifullylayered nose with hints of yeastyautolysis, white blossom, nectarines,peaches and just a hint of raspberrymillefeuille. On the palate, the mousse iscreamy and wonderfully integrated, andthere’s a soft, juicy acidity and reallyattractive length.
