Tasting notes:
Tight initially, needing some time and air to open up, but when it does,it’s well worth the wait. On the nose it has peaches and white chocolate,with hints of rich honey and hazelnut. The palate is focused and intense,with a fine salinity and elegance. Very good length and an appetisingfinish. While wonderful on its own, this cries out for some food, andwould be perfect with a rich white fish dish , such as turbot in a tarragon butter sauce.(Siobhan Turner MW)
