A fantastic find from Spain, thispure Garnacha rosado from Rioja’sBodegas Ysios comes in a beautifulbottle that’s completely clear toshow off the pale pink liquid – a muchlighter shade than one would expect fromIberia. Taste-wise, it’s rich in flavoursfrom white cherry to sweet red berries,with a touch of pomegranate too, whilethe finish features lingering characters ofpink grapefruit, peach, then redcurrantand lemon zest.
