Everyone wants a ‘bijou’, a tiny pink pearl. This wine is an excellentexpression of a pretty, aromatic rosé from the South of France. Pale peachin hue, the wine shows raspberry, strawberry and white cherry fruit witha creamy underlying note. Just dry, the palate is light and elegant,underpinned by lively acidity and a hint of white pepper spice supportingthe juicy fruit. An excellent wine for summer, it works nicely withasparagus wrapped in parma ham or sautéed white mushrooms.(Patricia Stefanowicz MW)
