Wow, what a Champagne! Bursting with all the delicious characters ofa great, long lees-aged, Chardonnay- and Pinot-based fizz, this CuvéeHemera 2008 holds the place of Champagne Master, and for goodreason. Combining power with poise, there are rich notes of butteredtoast and crushed nuts, even creamy coffee, then zesty-freshflavours of crisp apple and grapefruit pith, bringing the fizz to amouthwatering, gently bitter and bone-dry finale.
