If you thought you knew Prosecco, think again. This Cartizze turns up the intensity of Italy’s most popular fizz to a new level: everything is louder, but the result is not so much deafening as delicious. There’s fleshy peach, juicy pear, sweet orange and ripe tangerine, with a mouthfilling mix of sweetness and fine bubbles, followed by a touch of bitter lemon and grapefruit pith.
