Tasting notes:

A beautiful, elegant Pinot Noir. It has bright cherry fruit with a hint of raspberryand rhubarb on the nose, with some lovely hazelnut, clove and cinnamon oakspice. On the palate the fruit is juicy, complex and elegant, with fresh andwonderfully integrated acidity. This is a stunningly poised wine, perfect for porkloin with sage, or an organic chicken simply roasted with garlic and fennel.(Siobhan Turner MW)
