Tasting notes:

Giusti Wine is headquartered in Nervesa della Battaglia in the eastern end of the Asolo DOCG, overlooking the Piave river. Displaying a luminous, pale lemon-green colour and tiny bubbles, the wine has green apple, lemon and lime zest, herblike lemongrass and touches of acacia honey and gentle yeast. Extra-brut in style (<2g/l residual sugar), the precise, lightbodied palate shows well-defined fruit, supported by brisk acidity and silkytextured mousse. Quite linear and fresh, it would make a lovely pairing for fritto misto di mare. (Patricia Stefanowicz MW)
