Led by Matthew Stubbs MW, who is based in the region, this intensive two day study course culminates with an examination and the “Sud de France Master-Level Certificate”.

The course has been created to help trade and wine lovers build an in-depth understanding of a region whose wines remain relatively unknown.

The largest and most dynamic wine region in France, Languedoc-Roussillon “is the place where over 200 years of history and tradition combine effortlessly with the contemporary and avant-garde.”

• A tasting of more than 40 wines from different AOPs and IGPs, including big names and flagship estates
• A study manual
