Journey’s End rebrands as Gabb Family Wines
Journey’s End, the Stellenbosch estate long established in the UK and international markets, has rebranded its overarching business as Gabb Family Wines as its portfolio footprint continues to grow.

Portfolio-led model
The change reflects the expansion and diversification of the company’s wine offering, with brands including Journey’s End, Honey Drop, Mount Rozier and Reign of Terroir now scaling across global markets.
The Journey’s End brand remains central to the business. The Stellenbosch estate, vineyards, winemaking team and sustainability commitments are unchanged. Journey’s End was the first South African winery to achieve B Corp certification and will continue as the flagship family-owned estate, with its wines remaining core to the identity and future of the group.
The introduction of Gabb Family Wines creates an overarching structure designed to support multiple brands with distinct positioning, personality and routes to market. The company said the model enables shared expertise, infrastructure and long-term family ownership while giving each brand space to expand independently.
“This is about creating clarity as we grow,” said Rollo Gabb, Managing Director.

“Journey’s End has built an exceptional reputation over decades, particularly in the UK and export markets, and that legacy remains fully intact. Gabb Family Wines allows us to future-proof the business, giving our brands the platform to scale independently while staying rooted in the values, quality and people that defined Journey’s End from the start.”
Focus on sustainable growth
The group’s shift mirrors a portfolio-led model increasingly adopted by international wine businesses, enabling greater focus on brand-building, innovation and market-specific strategies without compromising estate integrity.
Under the Gabb Family Wines structure, the business will continue to invest in sustainable viticulture, progressive winemaking and long-term partnerships across export markets. Sustainability remains a core part of the company’s DNA.
Rollo Gabb and the team will be present at Wine Paris from 9-11 February (Hall 6, C153).
