Ramón Bilbao becomes official partner of Spain’s national football teams
Ramón Bilbao will accompany Spain’s national men’s football team on its road to the 2026 World Cup, as well as the women’s national team in their qualification journey for the 2027 World Cup.

The winery will accompany the men’s team on its road to the 2026 World Cup, while also supporting the women’s team, current world champions, in their qualification journey for the 2027 World Cup in Brazil.
Ramón Bilbao has allied with the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) to become the official partner of the men and women’s national teams, both of which currently hold the number one position in the FIFA world rankings.
The Spanish wine producer described the partnership as “a historic milestone” and revealed that its winery and Spain’s national football teams share values of “passion, leadership, and excellence as the driving force behind every achievement.”
Crucially, Ramón Bilbao said, the agreement brings together “two leaders who embody the very best of Spanish culture.”
Transcending sectors
“We see this as the union of two great icons that share the same spirit of perseverance and the desire to leave a lasting mark”, said Carlos Gallego, managing director Cluster Iberia at Zamora Company, which owns Ramón Bilbao. “It is a collaboration that transcends sectors to inspire, excite, and evoke collective pride.”

The partnership will be brought to life through fan activations, and brand presence during the World Cups, as well as other footballing competitions in which the Spanish National Team will participate over the next two years.
In addition, the winery will play “a key role in hospitality”, enhancing the premium offering of the VIP experience available in Spanish stadiums.
“For Ramón Bilbao, accompanying the Spanish National Teams at this stage means sharing with millions of fans the excitement of every match and the passion for achieving great goals,” added Alejandro Sánchez-Gómez, marketing director Cluster Iberia at Zamora Company.
As db reported earlier this year, low and no alcohol brands are reviving football shirt culture in Spain, with brewer Estrella Galicia exploiting a loophole in the alcohol advertising ban by focusing on its alcohol-free products. The move has led to sponsorship deals with three of Spain’s biggest football clubs – Real Valladolid, Celta Vigo, and Deportivo La Coruña.
Guinness also partnered with the UK’s Premier League, with its alcohol-free Guinness 0.0 featuring in broadcast and digital campaigns.
