WinePulse joins Commerce7 to strengthen winery performance tracking
The move combines Commerce7’s DTC tools with WinePulse’s reporting system, offering wineries clearer visibility in a competitive market.

Commerce7 has acquired WinePulse, the direct-to-consumer (DTC) reporting and analytics platform, in a move designed to strengthen data insights for wineries worldwide.
Responding to demand for reporting
The deal addresses one of the most common requests from wineries: better reporting tools. Founded by Remy Sabiani in 2019, WinePulse is now used by more than 240 wineries and is widely regarded as the benchmark for DTC reporting.
By integrating WinePulse, Commerce7 customers will be able to access enhanced visibility into their business performance within the same platform they already use for clubs, ecommerce, point-of-sale and reservations.
“Our industry is facing real challenges. Consumer habits are shifting, costs are rising, and competition is intensifying,” said Andrew Kamphuis, president of Commerce7. “Transactional tools alone are no longer enough. Wineries need intelligence and clear, actionable insights that drive better decisions and stronger customer connections. WinePulse accelerates our ability to deliver on these promises and will help customers of all sizes succeed.”

Sabiani will join Commerce7 as head of insights, where he will lead the development of integrated reporting, benchmarking and intelligence features.
“WinePulse has always been about helping wineries unlock the full value of their data—turning vast amounts of information into clear, actionable insights,” said Sabiani. “Joining Commerce7 allows us to go further, tapping into one of the largest connected datasets in the industry and delivering the knowledge wineries need to adapt, grow, and put the customer experience at the centre of their business.”
What customers can expect
The core WinePulse package, which includes 70 reports and 14 dashboards, will be provided at no additional cost for most Commerce7 customers. Optional add-ons such as custom reports, multi-site reporting and direct database access will remain available for a fee.
Commerce7 already powers more than 60,000 winery orders daily and processes over 16 million API calls each day, creating one of the richest datasets in DTC wine. Integrating WinePulse, the company said, gives wineries both modern commerce tools and industry-leading reporting within a single connected system.
“At Commerce7, we have always believed that when wineries deliver exceptional customer experiences, they grow,” Kamphuis added. “By bringing WinePulse into Commerce7, we are raising the bar and ensuring wineries have both the tools and the intelligence to thrive in a changing market.”
