LIWSF PREVIEW: Spirits

This will be the second year that the Spirits Quarter at the fair doubles in size. “It’s an area that I’m keen on growing,” says exhibition director James Murray, “but not at the detriment of wine content at the fair.” What Murray points out is that 42% of visitors to the fair are responsible for spirits buying.

In addition to this growth, this area now has Marc Charles as an ambassador. Charles is also managing director of specialist consultancy Drinks Brands International.

The Spirits Quarter will move to a more prominent area at the east end of the hall this year, and will be arranged around a central hub.
