Who should attend?
The event is recommended to all businesses importing or exporting alcohol to and from the EU
post-Brexit. We think it would be particularly valuable to SMEs but all companies are welcome.
Why attend?
We are offering a one-stop-shop to ensure drinks businesses can understand the complex
implications of the changes resulting from a No Deal EU Exit, with a focus on:
- Moving from CHIEF to CDS
- Import and Export processes (EMCS, CTC, tariffs, commodity codes, excise and non-excise goods)
- Holding and Movements (excise vs customs warehousing, IPR, guarantees)
Agenda:
9.30 – Arrival (tea, coffee and pastries)
10.00 – Welcome and introduction
10.20 – Morning session: the operating environment
13.00 – Lunch
