Wine Ambassadors Academy

The Cava Academy is a three-day training course for on-trade professionals that will take place in London on three consecutive Mondays in November, 2019.

Designed exclusively for UK sommeliers, of all levels, this in-depth educational course provides the most authoritative content, approved by the Consejo Regulador DO Cava, for professionals who wish to study Cava at a high level.

Only 40 candidates will be selected to join this programme, who upon successful completion of the course will be awarded Official Cava Sommelier accreditation in person from the 2019 president of the Consejo Regulador DO Cava, D. Javier Pages
