the drinks business and Wines of Chile are to host two masterclasses in Manchester and Edinburgh next month, presented by db editor-in-chief Patrick Schmitt MW.
Available to the trade, both masterclasses will showcase a selection of the country’s top wines.
Specialist masterclasses, hosted by Patrick Schmitt MW, will run from 10:30am to 12pm and will be followed by a free pour tasting.
In his masterclasses, Patrick will cover regionality and the different styles of wine in Chile, as well as providing an update on the latest innovations and new trends. He will also share his views on the classic varieties which he believes will continue to reinforce Chile’s reputation as a country capable of producing premium quality wines.
The Manchester masterclass will take place on 2 July at the Midland Hotel, while the Edinburgh masterclass will be held on 3 July at The Balmoral Hotel.
