Diageo launches premium expressions in Singapore

Ten rare and aged whiskies will launch at the Johnnie Walker House in Singapore as part of Diageo’s 2016 Special Releases programme.

Only available through Diageo’s private client service at the Johnnie Walker House in Singapore, the Special Releases whiskies include 12 year old Lagavulin, 24 year old Glenkinchie and 38 year old Brora as well as other rare and aged expressions from Diageo’s library stock such as Auchroisk 25 year old, Linkwood 37 year old and Mannochmore 25 year old.

Launched earlier this year, the Johnnie Walker House Singapore is an invitation-only private suite, offering Diageo’s rarest collections of Scotch whisky from its portfolio of 30 operating and 20 closed distilleries.

Dr Nick Morgan, Diageo’s head of whisky outreach said: “The unveiling of the Special Releases range is a moment I look forward to year after year.

“The variety and quality of whiskies in the collection is simply fantastic, and once again we’re confident enthusiasts will discover new favourites in unusual and rare releases such as the Mannochmortem 25 year old, aged in rejuvenated casks and a smooth textured, complex whisky.”

Diageo’s 2016 Special Releases collection will be released in the run up to Christmas.
