A 2.5 hours seminar designed by The Burgundy Wine School, where students will discover the rich tapestry of the region of Burgundy and learn about what makes Burgundy wines so special. Students will be guided in a tasting of a range of wines at different quality levels from the vineyards of “Bourgogne” so that they will better appreciate the notions of “terroir” and “climats”, and will be able to better understand the hierarchy and diversity of Burgundy appellations. Participants of the programme will receive an official attendance certificate issued by the Burgundy Wine School from France.

This programme will be taught by an Official Burgundy Wines Instructor.

To discover the specialties of Burgundy region
Guided tasting of “Bourgogne” wines
Appreciate the “Terroir” and “Climats”
Hierarchy and diversity of Burgundy appellations
