Piper-Heidsieck returns courtside at Miami Open with Champagne Garden activation

Piper-Heidsieck is bringing Champagne, music and a US$100 Wagyu hot dog to the Miami Open as the house returns to the tennis tournament for a third consecutive year.

Piper-Heidsieck will return to the Miami Open presented by Itaú for the third consecutive year, bringing a Champagne Garden activation to the tennis tournament from 15–29 March.

Held at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, the 15-day tournament attracts more than 400,000 spectators annually and is considered one of the most glamorous stops on the ATP and WTA calendars. The event is part of the ATP Masters 1000 Series and the WTA 1000 circuit.

Champagne courtside

During the tournament, Piper-Heidsieck will serve several of its cuvées in the on-site Champagne Garden, including Cuvée Brut, Brut Rosé, Vintage 2014 and the Riviera Edition, which is designed to be served over ice. Guests will also be able to order Champagne cocktails and Champagne floats made in collaboration with ice cream brand Aubi & Ramsa.

Stéphane Decaux, CEO of Piper-Heidsieck, said: “The Miami Open is one of the great stages in global tennis. The athletes embody intensity and excellence — the discipline, the flair, the joy of the game. It is that spirit we raise a glass to, inspiring tennis fans and Champagne lovers alike. When joy sparks, celebration takes center stage.”

Entertainment is also planned throughout the tournament. The Champagne house says guests can expect live Caribbean music, Latin dance and French cabaret on selected dates, as well as a Marilyn Monroe-inspired glamour station.

Partner Content

A gondola activation called “Bubbles in the Sky” will offer views across the grounds, with complimentary rides available with any Piper-Heidsieck bottle purchase in the Champagne Garden on select days while supplies last.

Luxury food pairings

The Champagne Garden will also feature food from local venue Chèvre Miami, which specialises in cheeses, wines and charcuterie.

One highlight is the “Golden Glizzy”, a US$100 hot dog made with Australian Wagyu sausage served in a croissant bun by Ficelle Bakery, topped with a tin of Golden Goat Caviar and finished with gold flakes.

Chèvre Miami will also serve sandwiches and homemade Camembert cheesecakes, while Aubi & Ramsa has created a Passion Point Sorbet made with Piper-Heidsieck Cuvée Brut.

Beyond the stadium, the Champagne house will also run retail activations across Miami during the tournament period.

Founded in 1785 by Florens-Louis Heidsieck, Piper-Heidsieck is distributed in more than 80 countries worldwide and says one bottle is opened every six seconds. The house has held Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne (VDC) and High Environmental Value (HVE) certifications since 2015 and achieved B Corp certification in 2022.
