Wine Merchants Asia hosted Burgundy producer Pascal Clément in February in Hong Kong for a series of tastings and dinner events, alongside running a Chinese New Year flash sale.

WSET hosts Shanghai reunion dinner
On 6 February in William’s Steakhouse, Shanghai, ASC Fine Wines hosted a reunion dinner for 50 WSET China alumni at William’s Steakhouse, toasting 20 years since becoming China’s first approved WSET course provider and highlighting the continued importance of wine education. The private dinner gave the China alumni, colleagues and friends a special chance to gaze into the wine education crystal ball.

Moët marks Lunar New Year at Changi Airport
Moët Hennessy launched its largest Lunar New Year 2026 travel retail activation at Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 1 on 6 February, kicking off the brand’s festive campaign across the Asia Pacific region. Inspired by the Year of the Fire Horse, the multi-sensory pop-up features a sculpture designed around the themes of movement, energy and forward momentum. The goal of the activation, which will run throughout the Lunar New Year travel period, is to boost gifting and product discovery during the busy holiday season.

Galentine’s Day lunch at Mondrian Gold Coast
House of Fine Wines, the Australian importer of Roseblood d’Estoublon, threw a Galentine’s Day long lunch at Mondrian Gold Coast on 14 February, bringing in the day of love with 100 guests. Roseblood d’Estoublon rosé was, of course, poured at the event at a floral pop-up bar, with individually wrapped pink roses gifted to guests on each table. Fashion, wellness and beauty brand activations also featured, and an all-female DJ line-up kept up the blissed-out vibes.
