VIN returns to London for fourth annual tasting

VIN, the flagship tasting for French wine organised by Business France, returned to London this week, bringing together 43 producers and importers and more than 400 French wines. Around 300 trade visitors moved from Champagne and Chablis to Corsica and zero sulphur cuvées, with the French Champion Awards, presented by Natalie Earl from Decanter, opening the day and Tom Surgey guiding themed walks through the room.
Winter stillness in Melton

Snow settled softly over Melton this week, leaving The Coach & Horses, part of the Deben Inns group, looking quietly composed. With the river Deben close by and the fire lit inside, it felt like the right place to stop after a cold walk and warm up properly.
