Richard Nunn joins Champagnes & Châteaux as key account manager

Wine distributor Champagnes & Châteaux UK has announced the appointment of Richard Nunn as off-trade key account manager – a newly-created role at the London-based business.

Nunn, who has worked in the wine industry since 1984, joins Champagnes & Châteaux UK after 35 years with Louis Latour Agencies – the UK distributor for Maison Louis Latour, which was wound up in September following the decision by the Burgundy house to switch its UK distribution to John E Fells

In his previous role, Nunn worked on the UK board of Louis Latour, focusing on national accounts, key independent retailers and wholesale accounts. In the newly created role of off-key trade account manager, Nunn will focus on the distribution of wines and Champagnes within the Champagnes & Châteaux UK portfolio, with a focus on placing them into UK independents, prestige retailers and regional wholesalers.

Nunn commented: “I am absolutely delighted to be joining Champagnes & Châteaux and look forward to developing the distribution of such an excellent portfolio of wines across the independent retail trade in the UK.”
