Bartenders embrace Wild Idol’s versatility for festive menus
As demand for premium alcohol-free serves accelerates, Wild Idol, the naturally alcohol-free sparkling alternative, is fast becoming a favourite among bartenders, mixologists and leading hospitality venues.

With more consumers seeking elevated alcohol-free experiences, top bars and restaurants are turning to Wild Idol for its exceptional quality, cocktail versatility and ability to deliver celebration without compromise.
This growing momentum in the on-trade mirrors a wider shift in drinking culture. Guests are no longer satisfied with sugary soft drinks or de-alcoholised imitations; instead, they are choosing sophisticated, flavour-driven alcohol-free options. Bartenders praise Wild Idol for its structure, aromatics and natural balance, which make it an ideal way to elevate complex seasonal cocktails.
This winter, Wild Idol is leading festive menus and cocktail innovation.

Across The Ivy Collection, it features throughout the group’s Festive Set Menus. Guests can enjoy ‘Wild Berries’, a bespoke seasonal cocktail, blending spiced berries, passionfruit and Wild Idol Sparkling White for a refined twist. For the first time, Wild Idol magnums will also be poured at selected Ivy locations, offering a celebratory alcohol-free option for groups and festive gatherings.

At Harrods, Wild Idol sits at the centre of the new festive signature serve, From Harrods With Love, which pairs Wild Idol Rosé with blackcurrant and gold. The cocktail is now available across eight of the store’s dining destinations, marking one of Harrods’ most expansive alcohol-free activations to date. This rollout highlights both consumer demand and bartender confidence in Wild Idol as a luxury option suited to refined dining as well as relaxed, everyday occasions.
Bartenders at The Emory Bar have also embraced Wild Idol’s mixability, using it to lengthen and elevate The Jam Tart, a cocktail inspired by St John’s classic puddings. Crafted with Principe de los Apostoles Mate Gin, Cocchi Rosa and strawberry jam, the serve demonstrates how seamlessly Wild Idol integrates into alcoholic-based cocktails, adding lift and brightness.
Paul Beavis, CEO of Wild Idol, comments: “We’re delighted to see such strong momentum for Wild Idol across the UK hospitality sector. Bartenders value its ease and elegance in cocktails, guests appreciate its naturally sophisticated taste, and its versatility allows it to shine in both celebratory moments and refined serves.”
