Canned Wine Group and Ocado team up to support The Drinks Trust
For the rest of 2025, 10p from every Canned Wine Co. Gamay and Verdejo sold on Ocado will go directly to The Drinks Trust, supporting the wellbeing and training of hospitality professionals.

Canned Wine Group has partnered with Ocado to raise funds for The Drinks Trust, donating 10p from every can of its Gamay and Verdejo wines purchased through the retailer from 22 September until 31 December 2025.
The Drinks Trust provides financial, wellbeing and training support to people working in the drinks and hospitality industries. The initiative aims to give back to the community at a time when demand for such services remains high.
Ben Franks, co-founder of Canned Wine Group, said: “We’re delighted to support The Drinks Trust in partnership with Ocado. The Drinks Trust is a vital charity dedicated to the people who make and serve your favourite drinks. They strive to empower the drinks and hospitality workforce through services designed to assist financially, restore wellbeing and develop skills and training opportunities. We’re proud to support them in their mission and every customer who buys a delicious can of Verdejo or Gamay before the end of the year will be helping us give back to our community with every sip.”
‘Embodies the spirit of unity’
Nicky Burston, CEO of The Drinks Trust, added: “We couldn’t be more grateful to Canned Wine and Ocado for their incredible efforts in raising funds for The Drinks Trust through their latest activation! This partnership not only provides a fantastic opportunity to generate vital funds to support vulnerable members of our industry facing hardship, but it also beautifully embodies the spirit of unity and collective care that defines our community – looking out for one another. We’d like to encourage everyone to get involved and show their support for this fantastic initiative.”
