Final call: The Rioja Masters 2025

Now in its 13th year, the drinks business is accepting final entries for its Rioja Masters 2025, a competition dedicated to recognising and rewarding the very best Riojas on the world stage.

Now in its thirteenth year, the drinks business is proud to announce the return of The Global Rioja Masters 2025, a competition dedicated to recognising and rewarding the very best Riojas on the world stage.

A panel of leading industry experts will conduct a blind tasting to discover the finest examples from this celebrated region, assessing wines across six key categories:

  • Joven
  • Crianza
  • Reserva
  • Gran Reserva
  • Vinos de Autor
  • Rioja 15 Years and Older

The judging panel, chaired by the drinks business, will be composed exclusively of Masters of Wine, Master Sommeliers and senior buyers. Medals will be awarded from Bronze to Gold, with Master reserved only for exceptional wines. Results will be published in the drinks business Spanish Report, offering global recognition to winning producers.
