The week in pictures
This week in the world of drinks: Ferrari Trento celebrates its place on the Formula 1 podium, Skylight Rooftop Tobacco Dock partners with Budweiser to become England’s “spiritual home” for this summer’s rearranged Euro 2020, and Charlie Foley of Christie’s oversees the record-breaking sale of a Grand Constance 1821 bottle.
Italian fizz Ferrari Trento is back on the Formula 1 podium, this time at the Formula 1 Grand Prix De Monaco. Race winner Max Verstappen, Carlos Sainz and Lando Norris celebrated their respective podium finishes with a special Jeroboam bottle of Ferrari Trentodoc, as pictured below.

Skylight Rooftop Tobacco Dock has partnered with beer giant Budweiser and Bud Light to create a “spiritual home” for football fans hoping to watch this summer’s Euro 2020 games in a unique environment. Skylight is installing a giant screen on its rooftop, as well as smaller screens in its pergola. The venue will feature a special Budweiser and England Team entrance and will be running special events and activities throughout the summer.

Charlie Foley of Christie’s oversaw the record-breaking sale of a rare bottle of Grand Constance 1821 – one of only a dozen in existence – for £21,222 at the Cape Fine & Rare Wine Auction on 22 May.
The sweet wine from an allocation originally destined for Napoleon Bonaparte, shattered its anticipated £4,000-£6,500 sale price, and was snapped up by a UK-based Christie’s client.
