名厨Massimo Bottura主理Gucci Osteria落户东京

米其林三星级厨师Massimo Bottura和奢侈时尚品牌Gucci将于今年在东京银座开设全球第三家Gucci Osteria。

新餐厅将落户于4月29日开业的Gucci银座最新旗舰店Gucci Namiki顶层。东京Gucci Osteria将由米其林三星级厨师Massimo Bottura与总厨Karime Lòpez共同策划。 Lòpez是佛罗伦萨Gucci Osteria的总厨,该餐厅于2020年获得了米其林一星荣誉。

Bottura为世界顶级餐厅Osteria Francescana的厨师主理人,他已为Gucci先前开发了两家Gucci Osterias:第一家店是于2018年1月在佛罗伦萨开业,第二家店于2020年2月在洛杉矶的比佛利山庄开业。
