Swift launches green-themed cocktail list
Daylily Fizz
This vivid green sip is a savoury mash up of Plymouth gin sugarsnap sherbet, green Chartreuse and Montebelos mezcal topped with Champagne.
Chameleon
A shape-shifter of a cocktail, the Chameleon blends Olmeca Altos Blanco, pineapple eau de vie, Ancho Verde, green pepper, coriander and lime.
Kiwi Bellini
This pond green apéritif marries Grey Goose vodka, kiwi, apple, horseradish and Prosecco in a sip that plays on sour and savoury flavours.
Belltower
Moving on from the green theme, also on the new list at Swift is the Belltower, a creamy, decadent blend of Maker’s Mark bourbon, RinQuinQuin à la pêche , apricot, almond orgeat, egg white and cream. It tastes like Bourbon-laced Baileys and slips down like silk.

A drink that takes the long view, the Horizon combines Havana 7 and Swift Bajan rums, Cocchi Rosa, 30 & 40 and hibiscus.
Pembrook
One to start the evening with, the Pembrook muddles Hendrick’s Erbium gin with Pere Magloire calvados, Absenteroux, falernum, lime and soda.
Pointer
Calvados also makes an appearance in the Pointer, a heady blend of Lot 40 whisky, Père Magloire calvados, greengage, peach and tonic bitters.
Tinderbox
And finally… Tinder dates can toast with the Tinderbox, featuring peanut butter Bacardi 8 rum, Clos Martin VSOP armagnac, honey and ginger bitters.
