Hallgarten becomes official partner to Goodwood

UK wine importer Hallgarten Druitt & Novum Wines has been named as an official wine partner of The Goodwood Estate, providing all sparkling and still wines to its hotels and events, including the Goodwood Festival of Speed and Goodwood Revival.

The partnership will see Hallgarten supply the entire business including Goodwood House, Goodwood Hotel, The Kennels, Hound Lodge, Goodwood Racecourse and Goodwood Motor Circuit, as well as being the official wine supplier and partner of the Qatar Goodwood Festival plus all other horse racing fixtures and racing events, including Goodwood Members Meeting, Goodwood Festival of Speed and the Goodwood Revival.

It has a fabulous selection of organic, biodynamic and sustainable wines, which will go down very well with our customers,” said Goodwood’s entertaining and hospitality managing director Rupert Spurgeon. “As an Estate with one of the largest organic farms in Europe, it is very important that our partners have an ethical approach to business.”

Hallgarten will be hosting a series of events including winemaker dinners and wine tastings for members and guests over the coming months, including the Festival of Food and Racing in May where the business will be showcasing a selection of organic and biodynamic wines.
