TWE预出售旗下12个美国酒品牌

澳洲酒业巨头富邑集团(TWE)日前准备出售旗下共12个美国葡萄酒品牌,从而进一步将战略重心转移到高端市场。集团于本周一发表声明说,这12个品牌不是集团产品组合的“核心”,并会大致上以“账面价值”出售。

官方发言人称此次出售将会涉及大约一百万箱葡萄酒,然而具体的品牌名称以及潜在买家均未透露。此次出售紧随首席执行官Michael Clarke的战略计划,即精简公司产品线、剔除非核心品牌,以强化高端顶级品牌组合力度。

富邑集团在2013/14财政年度灾难性地损失了一亿澳元(约合5亿人民币)后,任命Clarke作为首席执行官,并立即取得不错成绩。据公司报告称,集团于2015税后净盈利7.76千万澳元(约合3.85亿人民币),其2015/16财政年度报告将于8月18日发布。

去年,富邑集团以3.61亿英镑(约合31亿人民币)买下Diageo的葡萄酒业务,包括其在美国的酒庄葡萄酒业务,涉及 Blossom Hill,Piat d’Or,Beaulieu Vineyards,Acacia,Provenance and Hewitt 以及 Sterling Vineyards等品牌。Clarke将当时的收购称为“洗牌”式的交易并和公司的总体战略目标“相符”。
