亚马逊开创侍酒师电话服务

网上零售商亚马逊近日开创侍酒师服务新举,使顾客能通过电话就快速得到葡萄酒专家的建议。

目前仅限于日本的亚马逊侍酒师服务,允许顾客在购买葡萄酒的支付页面上留下他们的电话。然后他们就会接到由专业侍酒师打来的电话,详细解答食物搭配以及葡萄酒风味口感方面的各种问题。侍酒师还会帮助推荐其它不同的酒款。

在电话通话后,亚马逊的侍酒师还可以通过电邮继续跟踪服务,为顾客提供更适合他们需要的全面酒单。

这项服务目前由日本葡萄酒专家Miyuki Hara带领,与其领导下的一队受专业认证的侍酒师一起于工作日中午至下午5点处理所有客服事宜。
