AIM draws big names to alcohol debate
Alcohol In Moderation will tackle a series of key health and government policy issues facing the drinks trade at its 21st anniversary conference next week.
Taking place on Thursday 18 October at The Royal Society of Medicine in central London, the all-day event will feature keynote addresses from Oliver Letwin MP, minister for government policy, and Despina Spanou, chair of the European Alcohol and Health Forum.
The conference will also include a debate on the development of lower alcohol beverages, putting a spotlight on successful markets and innovations for this category. A panel of medical experts will lead a further discussion on the health effects of alcohol. Click here to view the full programme.
