John Holberry resigns as Magners managing director
John Holberry has resigned from his position as managing director of Magners GB.
C&C Group issued a statement in which Holberry, who joined from Coors Brewers in March 2008, blamed the decision a lack of career opportunities following the appointment of several former Scottish & Newcastle executives to the management team.
Holberry said: “’I have enjoyed working in C&C and building the Magners GB team over the last year. However the appointment of the new management team, headed by John Dunsmore, reduces the opportunities for me to develop my career.
