Have your say in closures debate
the drinks business is hosting a round table discussion on closures, sponsored by Neocork. The debate will consider the impact that closures have on the winemaking process and will focus on TCA, oxidation and reduction as well as looking at the commercial implications of using different types of closures.
Coverage of the round table will be included in the May issue of the drinks business and will also appear in vodcast format on DBTV. The event will take place at the Four Seasons Hotel, London, on 28 March.
