New MD for Burn Stewart

Fraser Thornton has been promoted to managing director of Burn Stewart Distillers.

He has worked for the company in a series of commercial roles since 1996, most recently as marketing director. The Burn Stewart portfolio includes premium Scotch brands Scottish Leader, Bunnahabhain and Black Bottle.
