Rosé All Day brand launches pink Prosecco

New York importer Biagio Cru Wines & Spirits has added an on-trend pink Prosecco to its Rosé All Day wine brand to capitalise on the pink bubbles boom.

Rosé All Day Prosecco Rosé DOC is made from a blend of 90% Glera and 10% Pinot Noir and carries a US retail price of $14.99 a bottle. Biagio Cru will be rolling out the brand nationwide this month.

According to Biagio, the fizz is “fresh and pleasantly fruity”, and offers aromas of “white flowers and hints of red fruits” alongside “persistent, creamy effervescence”.

“Rosé has proved to be a year-round wine with strong staying power, well beyond a passing trend,” said Darren Restivo, principal of Biagio Cru Wines & Spirits.

“This new launch marries two beloved categories, rosé and Prosecco, for a high-quality, pleasantly refreshing wine.”

The pink Prosecco is the latest release from Rosé All Day, which includes a Grenache rosé from the Languedoc priced at $12.99, that also comes in cans, and a sparkling canned rosé. Biagio launched the brand in 2017.

Last year saw the launch of Rosé All Day Spritz in 75cl bottles and 4-pack cans. The newest addition to the range will be a 3l bag-in-box Grenache rosé and a Rosé All Day Watermelon Spritz, both of which are due to hit the shelves soon.

Founded in 1998, Biagio Cru is based in New Hyde Park, New York. The company imports wines and spirits from around the world.

Pink Prosecco is rapidly gaining in popularity around the world. Just this week pop princess Kylie Minogue added a rosé Prosecco to her eponymous wine range made in collaboration with Zonin.
