Chapoutier launches Methuselah collection

Michel Chapoutier has partnered with fine wine retailer Le Clos to launch a collection of 2010 Ermitage in Methuselah.

The collection is comprised of six of the six-litre bottles, one each of le Pavillon red, de L’Orée white, Le Méal red and white and L’Ermite red and white.

With the 2010 widely hailed as one of the Rhône’s best vintages in recent years, four of the wines were rated 100-points by Robert Parker and the other two 99-points.

To celebrate the partnership Michel Chapoutier will host a masterclass for Le Clos’ clients at the Burj al Arab in Dubai of the 2010 vintage as well as Le Pavillon 1990, De L’Orée 2009 and L’Ermite 2003.
