Jancis appoints Alex Hunt as columnist
Alex Hunt MW has been appointed as a monthly columnist for JancisRobinson.com.
Jancis Robinson MW made the announcement via her website this morning, describing Hunt as “an admired taster on the London circuit, known for his trenchant contributions to our Members’ forum.”
Hunt will write a monthly column about matters concerning taste and tasting.
Alder Yarrow will continue to write his Alder on America column for the site.
Having joined Mayfair Cellars in 2000, in 2006 Hunt moved to Berkmann Wine Cellars where he works as purchasing director.
He became a Master of Wine in 2010.
