Creamy Creation introduces a low calorie and sugar cream liqueur concept

Leading B2B cream liqueur developer and manufacturer Creamy Creation recently developed a cream liqueur concept with 40% less calories and sugar than a traditional offering.

As the company pointed out, the low-calorie food & beverage market will continue to grow in the coming years, with consumers limiting their sugar and calorie intake. Sugar and calorie reduction claims are increasing globally every year, driven by health-conscious consumers looking to indulge without the guilt.

Jeroen Huiskes, Global Innovation Manager Creamy Creation explains: “The Alcoholic beverage category is the fastest-growing category for launches tracked with sugar reduction claims globally. Cream liqueurs are known for their indulgent and rich flavour profile. We wanted to create a low-calorie, low-sugar option that doesn’t compromise on taste or mouthfeel and has a lighter drinking experience.”

The first concepts feature five different flavors: Classic, Mango Passionfruit Coconut, Mango Lime Mint Splash, Churros de Leche, and Tiramisu. Available in spirit-based and wine-based versions, the concepts are fully customizable and can be made with any flavor combination.

Creamy Creation was established in 1979. With production facilities in both the Netherlands and USA, Creamy Creation provides expertise in the B2B development and manufacturing of emulsified beverages for a global clientele.
