If you pop along to your local Costco to stock up on essentials anytime soon, there’s a chance you might bump into Breaking Bad stars Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul handing out samples of their mezcal brand, Dos Hombres.
Yes, while the celebrity drinks market may have exploded in recent years, with everyone from Kylie Minogue to Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson climbing aboard the good ship booze, it’s less often that you actually get the personal touch when it comes to sampling your favourite celebs’ drinks offering.
Perhaps that’s what erstwhile stars of smash HBO hit Breaking Bad Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul figured. Because they’ve been spotted handing out samples of their own Dos Hombres mezcal in Costco locations and local liquor stores.

And people were delighted by their appearance in local Costco stores.
“Are we all going to just ignore those sweet Costco badges clipped to their shirts? Lookin’ just like the rest of the common folk Costco employees. Costco Makes No Exceptions.” One Redditor wrote, while another revealed that they had actually managed to meet the pair, writing, “seems like they hit a couple of different Costco’s today. Was lucky enough to meet them and grab a bottle! Such cool guys”.
