Waitress reveals the truly bizarre thing a customer left behind on their table

A waitress has taken to TikTok to reveal the disturbing items a customer left behind at their table, after several rude encounters during their meal.

Working in hospitality, one has to be primed to deal with all manner of bizarre scenarios, but we’re pretty sure there’s nothing in any training manual at any bar or restaurant to deal with this particular conundrum.

The meal had already been something of a struggle for server Sam Bett, who recounted the experience on TikTok. She said that the customer had ordered a BLT sandwich, but seemed subsequently affronted at the appearance of bacon on her plate.

Purportedly, the customer thought that ‘BLT’ stood for bread, lettuce and tomato (let’s face it, not the most appetising-sounding sarnie). Anyway, Sam laughed and corrected the customer’s misapprehension.

When the customer left, things really took a left turn.

She leaves, and I’m cleaning her table after and there are two human adult teeth left on the table,” Sam revealed in the TikTok video.

In a follow-up post, she continued, “There’s really nothing to it. I went to clean the table and there were teeth.

“They weren’t molars, they weren’t shiny teeth, they were like these teeth,” she said, indicating to the two teeth either side of her front teeth.

At first, Sam thought the teeth were something else altogether. “I’m like, ‘Oh she spit out her mints. That’s really disgusting.’ Then I got closer, and I was like… ‘Um?!’”

“They weren’t dentures. It’s like she literally just lost a few teeth and was like, ‘I’ll leave them here for you to clean up.’”

Perhaps even more bizarrely, Sam said that the customer didn’t appear to be missing any teeth when she left the restaurant. “So now I’m like, where’d you get them?” Sam concluded. Quite.
