The Victoria Inn on Lord Leicester’s Holkham Estate in Norfolk celebrated its new long-term agreement to provide winter barley for Marston’s beers, with a three course beer-pairing dinner cooked by head chef Michael Chamberlain.

The dishes included: Pike terrine, warm potato salad & mustard dressing with winter barley-malt bread & chef’s Honey beer bread and roasted Loin and braised haunch of venison, turnip dauphinoise, kale & redcurrant jus.
