Henkell acquires Batida de Côco

German sparkling wine producer, Henkell, has acquired the full trademark rights to liqueur producer Batida de Côco.

Batida de Côco is particularly well known for its coconut cream liqueur, which has been a market leader in Germany since 1978.

Having distributed the various Batida brands for many years, Henkell has now acquired the brand outright from its owner, Sassoli de Bianchi, for an undisclosed sum.
