Bacardi designs bespoke menus

Bacardi Brown-Forman Brands has created six seasonal menus for use in bars, designed to support sales around the Christmas period.

Available through its website www.pourfection.com, the pre-printed menus have been compiled to suit varying price points within a range of outlets.

The website recommends a selection of seasonal cocktails, including the “Frosty Jack” mix of Drambuie and Jack Daniel’s, or the “Bombay Sapphire Winter Fire”, which contains fresh ginger, earl grey tea and raspberry jam.

 Designed as a one-stop shop for the on-trade, Pourfection also provides seasonal advice on food recipes to accompany their drink offer, advice on improving the visibility of their cocktail selection and a device to help calculate incremental profits. A digital animated Christmas menu is also available for venues to highlight their festive offerings.

For a more bespoke approach, Bacardi Brown-Forman has relaunched www.createamenu.co.uk. This offers bar owners a personalised menu service, with a selection of design templates and next day shipping for orders placed before 2pm.

As an introductory offer, orders placed before December will qualify for a 10% discount.
